The Business and Technology Education Department prepares students to be successful in an ever-changing workplace, giving them the skills necessary for employment with a solid future. Our curriculum also develops students for the college experience giving them the skills and knowledge required for a technologically demanding curriculum. Our current programs of study include: business education, multimedia, video production, technology, and 3D creation and animation. Work-Experience provides on-the-job training and opportunity for real world experience with pay.

The Business Department’s curriculum is designed for students interested in a career in business or technology, as well as to those who are interested in other career pursuits. Our curriculum will:

• help students become problem solvers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners.
• provide a stimulating environment which reinforces the school philosophy that all students can achieve success.
• will provide students with the skills necessary to become successfully employed after graduation or with the background necessary to succeed in post-secondary education.
• provide students with the skills and knowledge they require to effectively and efficiently use technology.
