PVHSF Board of Directors
The PVHS Foundation has an active Board of Directors to help direct the activities and policies of the Foundation. A term of service is 2 years. If you would like more information about becoming a member of the PVHSF Board of Directors, please contact us at info@pvhsfoundation.org.
Committee Membership
The PVHS Foundation has a number of active committees that support our fundraising and grants activities. If you're interested in a "hands-on" approach to helping the PVHSF, or you have a special talent or vocation you would like to share, one of our committees may be just the place for you!
Fundraising
Each spring the Pleasant Valley High School Foundation will hold it's annual fund drive. An important part of the fund drive is the phone campaign - calling previous donors or current Pleasant Valley parents and asking them for their support. This group effort is fun - with food, refreshments and lots of camaraderie. It's a great feeling to know that you are directly impacting our children’s education.
Letter Writing
Write letters to the editor about how the donations to the schools have made a difference in your life or other Foundation-supported issues.
Gather testimonials from teachers, students, parents who have something to say about the positive way the Foundation affects their lives.Office Help
Help fold letters, stuff envelopes, data input, etc. in 1 to 2 hr. increments. Come in during our "crunch" times, or set up a regular schedule to help out.
Computer Assistance
Help manage the web site, data entry....Let us know what your computer specialties are. We'll see if we have job to match your talents!
